Bears Beats Bucs 24-18 in London

The Bears flew to London, England and faced Tampa Bay in the 5th annual NFL game played in Wembley Stadium, the venue noted for big soccer games.  In England, soccer is called football.  American football is somewhat a new game,

Tampa Bay and the Bears gave a jolly good show with the Bears winning 24-18.  With the season almost half over, the Bears have 4-3 record and have played a few good games.  This team has talent.  Cutler, Hester, Briggs, and Forte,

Roy Williams caught a pass for a TD.  Matt Forte is grinding up yards.  He had 145 in Sunday's game.  When he runs for 100, the Bears are hard to beat.  Mostly, they beat themselves.  They have a chance for a wild-card, but will have to play good football to have a shot.  At least the Bears aren't out of it now.  For Minnesota, Carolina, and the Eagles, the season is just about over.  The Eagles at 2-4 are perplexing.  They are a good team, not playing well.  Last year Michael Vick was the rage for the Eagles.  This year he is battling injuries and receivers who can't hold onto the ball.

Back to the Bears, Devin Hester didn't return a kickoff or punt return for a TD and still the Bears won.  Now, that is a good sign.  Maybe this team can play football.

The Bears need to find a pass rush. They have to get penetration and put pressure of the quarterback.  They are giving up too much yards via the air.  The Bears pay these guys good money to tackle the QB.  Let's see some sacks.
